Imagine a place where all your nightmares become real. Think of dark urban streets where crime, debt and violence are not the only things to fear. Picture an estate that is a gateway to somewhere else, a realm where ghosts and monsters stir hungrily in the shadows. Welcome to the Concrete Grove. It knows where you live.

Book One of The Concrete Grove trilogy.
Once you read this book you can't help but get sucked in It makes you feel your in the grimey pits of an urban Horror.
Having lived some of my life in a place like were the Book is based and having lived “up north” I got drawn to this book You can currently get it for free in Kindle format. Its the 1st part of the The Concrete Grove Trilogy. I loved how it was set in modern urban realism. Comes together with a really spooky Pagan twist. With a ton of references of old English northern scary tales and legends that I was told about as a kid.
We all have those areas in our towns. The ones we get told we mustn't go near. Were bad things happen like muggings and stabbings Were People have to live were they have nothing else left. And this is what happens to the two main chars when they moved to Concrete Grove. But guess what that urban terror wants to take its land back and will do whatever it has to do To do that. Watch out for the humming birds :P all in all a great Uk Horror read.
