The turn of the screw
This was a very strange tale...
I can totally see why it's up there with the classics's this was a truly atmospheric, Classic Gothic, Ghost story, at its best. But is it? It could be the chilling tale of a governess that falls into The slow process of Insanity, All in all I found this to be an eerie tale, I just couldn't put the book down. In my mind set I want to go with the latter, I found it to be a very psychologically as it is paranormal thriller, The story is absolutely chilling, it's not quite clear if the governess is falling into madness or not? I personally think she was. The end was heartbreaking. I recommend If you read this book, read it very carefully it will leave you with a "was she did she??" Henry James Did a Superb job Highly recommended.
